A bus windscreen is not just a piece of glass. It is a structural part of the vehicle: it contributes to body rigidity, supports the watertightness of the entire cabin and, in the event of an accident, plays a role in occupant restraint. Its replacement leaves no room for shortcuts.

What we offer

We import glass directly from major glass factories, with consistent specifications and certified quality. We cover bus, coach and school bus models — and for the most common models on the Greek fleet, the glass is available in stock, so the job can start without waiting on an order.

For older or rarer models, we take care of sourcing and ordering. If the glass is no longer available on the market at all, custom fabrication is the solution.

How the installation is done

The whole process takes place inside our covered workshop. That is not a minor detail — it is the condition for doing it properly:

1. Removal of the old windscreen with specialised cutting tools, without damaging the body frame.
2. Surface preparation: cleaning the seating area, removing old adhesive residue, checking for corrosion or frame distortion. This is where problems that would otherwise show up as leaks a few months later get caught.
3. Application of primer and specialised adhesive to professional heavy-vehicle specifications.
4. Fitting and aligning the glass.
5. Curing time: the adhesive needs a specific amount of time and stable conditions to reach full strength. The vehicle stays in our workshop until the job is complete.

Why the workshop matters

A windscreen fitted outdoors, exposed to dust, humidity or direct sunlight, can look fine on the day. Problems tend to show up later: moisture inside the cabin, wind noise at speed, glass that never seated evenly and comes under uneven stress.

Our own 600 sqm covered workshop exists exactly for this reason.

After installation

We stand behind our work with a warranty and after-fitting support. If anything comes up — noise, moisture, anything that doesn’t feel right — bring the vehicle back.

Insurance cover

If the vehicle is insured against glass breakage, the replacement is covered by the insurer and we handle the entire settlement process on your behalf.
